return to work. It is our
belief that with extensive monitoring and individual participation this

accountable to those we serve and we will empower them.

provide a data based web program
that serves each component. Our
advantage is that information will be readily available when and where
it is needed. All
information collected will be regarded as strictly confidential.

Heights Consultants, Inc. is the first company in Iowa providing a
comprehensive web based management program for monitoring impaired
professionals and employees. We
do not provide treatment but rely on assessments and recommendations
from professionals. We do provide intervention services. Participants
are responsible for the cost of their own assessment, treatment,
aftercare and toxicology screens if warranted.
It
is our belief that individuals are empowered when they become actively
involved in their own recovery.
We
serve as a resource for participants and assist individuals to make
decisions on where they attain assessments, treatment, go to meetings,
etc. We monitor treatment progress, work quality, attendance
at support groups and random urine screens, if alcohol or drug use is
part of the illness. The
contract may also require counseling, work limitations or individualized
conditions that address a person's needs and public safety.
Typically, contracts are for 5 years from the initial contract.
We
will continue to develop educational and informational tools.

Heights Consultants, Inc. has contracted with the Iowa Pharmacy Recovery
Network to provide information and monitoring for their impaired
pharmacist's contracts. We will continue to support and uplift the Iowa
Pharmacy Recovery Network in its goals.
